Returns and refunds

 

You can return within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order. Send the goods to the same country as we delivered the goods.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the customer and in no case by the recipient of a possible gift.
The substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal: used, dirty and damaged articles that have been damaged as a result of normal use, which do not have tags and packaging materials will therefore not be refunded.

METHODS AND TEMPISTICS OF REFUNDS
Returned goods are delivered to our trusted logistics department and the return checks are carried out by the responsible staff as soon as possible: once the return has been approved, you will receive an e-mail notification.
The methods and timing of reimbursement vary, in compliance with the legal deadlines, depending on the type of payment chosen for the order:
If you paid by credit card or PayPal we will issue a refund, cancelling the original payment, within about 14 working days from the date of delivery of the return (to formally display the refund on your credit card it takes about 5-6 working days according to the contract stipulated with the cardholder itself).
If you have used a disposable credit card for the payment of your order, or if your credit card is about to expire, we will not be able to make an automatic refund: please send us an e-mail, immediately after completing the return request, to arrange the most appropriate means of refund (bank transfer or PayPal).
If you paid by bank transfer we invite you to write us an email, with the object "REFUND BY BANK TRANSFER", immediately after completing the return request. The email must contain the following information: order reference code, bank name, IBAN, name and surname of the account holder. By promptly notifying us of the correct data we will be able to issue the transfer in your favour within 14 working days.

RETURN PROCEDURE

In order to proceed with a return, the Customer must send by e-mail to resi@tqm42.com or by traditional mail, within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the products, a communication that highlights the Customer's intention to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with article 52 of the Consumer Code; this communication must contain the following information: (I) indication of the Product for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal; (II) order numbe; (III) in the event that the Customer has purchased the Products by making payment by bank transfer, the IBAN code of the Customer on which the refund is to be made.

Remember that the items must be returned intact and in the same state in which they were received, with tags indicating the code and any other seal that is part of the product.
The costs of the return shipment are to be considered as the purchaser's responsibility; in case of return by defective article, after receipt of the goods at our premises and after the necessary checks to verify the reported defect, the shipping costs will be refunded together with the purchase price.
 
We are not currently making any replacements. You can still return an item (obtaining a refund) and make a new purchase (you don't need to wait for a refund to place a new order).
